With over 25-Years of construction, I have achieved many certifications and licensing in my career

​I have facilitated and completed many construction projects stemming from High-Rise buildings, Residential homes, and commercial facilities. Each project always had safety first from the understanding of laying concrete slab foundations, rebar structuring to complete building construction.

 

Now that that I have transitioned to property inspections and obtained a License of Professional Inspectors, I have created a team of successful inspectors that understand customer care. Our inspection team has a collective 25+ years of Construction Management, Insurance Adjuster, and Project Managers. We have a strong comprehension of the Central Florida landscape, permitting, local construction practices, weather, code enforcement, and environmental factors that can affect Central Florida safety and function.
